Judging Conditions
After reliability testing, the characteristics of testing lamps must be met the following requirements:
    1. Startup voltage: No over 10% of initial value.
    2. Luminance: At least 50% of initial value.
    3. No mechanical or physical damage (e.g. nickel guide pin broken)
    4. No visible distortion, colorchanging etc.
    5. No lamp can't light up.
    6. The luminance should be up to 95% of it stability, after power on 3 minutes.
    7. No darken, color changing in appearance, or unnormal lighting (flicking smacking etc)
